It is a priority for us that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason your purchase did not meet your expectations, we will gladly accept the product for exchange within 20 days from the date of delivery or purchase. You can choose one of the following options:

  1. Exchange the item for another available item,
  2. Receive a credit for the amount you paid for the item, this credit can be used on future purchases in store or through our website.
  3. We accept exchange within 20 days of unworn, undamaged, unstained pieces only.
  4. We do not accept to refund in discounted pieces, exchange only

We do not refund currencies.

No returns or exchanges are accepted on discounted pieces. Discounts only apply to online purchases.

It is important that the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered, retaining the original packaging and labeling. Please note that used merchandise will not be accepted unless it has a manufacturing defect. Some restrictions may apply.

Items purchased on our website cannot be exchanged in physical stores, except for some previously authorized exceptions.

Special orders are customized products, therefore, they will not be accepted for exchange.

Due to the artisan process carried out in each of our pieces it is possible that some of the colors or the shapes may vary slightly in relation to the images that are shown on our website. Each piece is handmade and with unique natural materials, so there is not one piece exactly like another.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING A CHANGE

Send a change request to the following email address innesstronguk@gmail.com with the following points:

  1. The order number that appears on your order
  2. Reason for the change
  3. The article you want to exchange for

Once we accept the return of the item, we will send you a pre-paid waybill to the mail registered in the purchase and you will have to follow the next steps:

Print the waybills (in case of international shipments also print the proforma invoice sheets that are attached in the file).

Pack the items with their original packaging and labeling.

Go to the nearest FedEx drop-off location, hand in the pre-paid waybills and verify that the package is shipped completely sealed.

Once we receive the package, the returned items will be carefully examined. Once we check that they are in perfect condition, we will proceed to make the requested exchange.

National shipping

Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. In extended areas the delivery time may be 4-8 business days.

You will receive notifications to the mail you provided when you made your purchase with the tracking number of your order and the status of your shipment.

The shipping on the first exchange will be free of charge and from the second one onwards the shipping costs will be paid by the customer (For more information about exchanges, please visit our returns and exchanges section).

International shipping

If you have any questions about our international shipping coverage, as well as shipping rates, please contact us through our email address innesstronguk@gmail.com or through one of our official social networks.

Shipping costs are pre-established and vary depending on the buyer's country of origin. The shipping cost is indicated on the payment screen at checkout.

Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days from the date of purchase. In extended areas the delivery time may be 4-10 business days.

You will receive notifications to the mail you provided when you made your purchase with the tracking number of your order and the status of your shipment.

Customs taxes vary according to the country of origin of the purchase and will not be covered by Corso, therefore, we are not responsible for the collection of such tax.

Changes of purchases in stores

We will not accept refunds of any item purchased in physical stores.  We can only exchange a product that was purchased in store if the item is undamaged, unworn, and within the 10 days from purchase. 

 Cancel an order

You can cancel any order as long as the order status is "in process". If the order is in the "Sent" state, the cancellation cannot be made.
